Every year the city of Rockford in northern Illinois hosts an event called Stroll On State in its downtown district. The event is held the Saturday after Thanksgiving and usually includes a 5K run, parade, local vendors and fun activities to do throughout the perimeter. As we all know, 2020 was cancelled and 2021 was a cold rainy day. So, a sunny 50 degrees this time around brought everyone out for the fun. Please contact us to purchase/license an image.
