Winter festival in Rockford
The annual holiday festival known as Stroll on State took place on Saturday, November 30, 2024, in downtown Rockford, Illinois. The festival kicks off with a parade and consists of multiple events throughout the day including a 5K run and a local market featuring local vendors.
