After taking a year off in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Rockford’s Stroll on State parade came back to the downtown area and it did not disappoint. The northern Illinois city hosts a celebration every year to kick off the holidays and help support small businesses in the area. Luckily, this year we couldn’t have asked for better weather and an amazing turnout from local residents as well as visitors.
